Born and raised in Fauquier County, Archie takes great pride in serving the community he calls home. He graduated from Cedar Lee High School and worked for Sears Roebuck in Warrenton as an outside salesman for sixteen years.
He left Sears to enter real estate in 1977 and as soon as possible, obtained his Brokers license. In 1982, he joined with two partners to form Rainbow - V.I.P. REALTORS which became the dominant real estate firm in the market area.
In 2000, the firm was sold to Long and Foster. With Long and Foster's stellar reputation and cutting edge technology along with Rainbow-VIP's first class service this made a real winning combination and Archie remained as an Associate Broker to serve his many loyal clients.

On the personal side, Archie is married to his wonderful wife, Jane, is the father of two sons, stepfather of two and the proud grandfather of three. His passions are golf and bowling and he works hard when working to allow time for these. Archie is appreciated for his sense of humor and friendship and has never met a stranger.
